29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: JOB SITE: 3344 Greenwood Boulevard, Maplewood, MO 63143 on or about 9/13/2018, a check of the electrical panel boxes revealed two (2) boxes with unused openings were not effectively closed. Panel Box P2 was missing a circuit breaker cover.
