On or about 8/31/18, on site, for employees that use Union Ink MIXOPAKE Green paints while making marketing graphics. The paint contains chemicals, such as, but not limited to, PVC Homopolymer Resin. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program to include a written program, SDS, and training.
