29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 9/18/18, on the Highland Park Village construction site, outside Bldg. #2, 194 Chalmers Avenue, Buffalo, NY: A 7 ¼ inch Circular Sidewinder Skillsaw , serial no. 605002936, was connected to a 120 volt-ac receptacle via an extension cord. The cord on the plug of the Skillsaw lacked a ground prong on its plug. The saw was not double insulated and grounding was required. b) On or about 9/18/18, on the Highland Park Village construction site, outside Bldg. #2, 194 Chalmers Avenue, Buffalo, NY: A second 7 ¼ inch Circular Sidewinder Skillsaw , serial no. 604005270, was laying on the ground next to the first saw. The cord on the plug of this Skillsaw also lacked a ground prong on its plug. This saw also was not double insulated and grounding was required. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
