29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) concentration of 50 ppm:    a) Bethel Park Health & Wellness Pavilion, on or about September 12, 2018 - Two employees designated as a Laborer and a Plumbing Foreman were exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA concentration of 134.0 ppm and 130.0 ppm while operating a Core Cut CC1800xl propane powered saw.  The saw was operated indoors to cut a hole in the concrete floor in preparation for plumbing piping.  The exposures were 2.68 and 2.60 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm respectively.  The exposures were calculated from the %COHb in each employee's blood.
