29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at the residential home, on or about September 19, 2018. Employees were installing roofing material on a 6:12 pitch roof without a fall protection system, exposing to a 9-feet fall hazard.

Employees were installing roofing material on a steep roof without a personal fall arrest system in use. Employer does not have a certified record of training for employees.
