29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions    a) Worksite, 1137 Old Country Rd., Westbury, NY- An employee was performing work located in an active commercial parking lot which was also within 20 feet of a busy public roadway. The employee was not wearing a high visibility vest or outerwear while exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicular traffic; on or about 9/19/18.        Note:  Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
