29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 1 2nd Street, Fanwood, NJ - Station Square at Fanwood (Building 1) Employees engaged in the residential roofing activities were observed working at heights greater than 6 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Employees installing siding products were working from the porch roof without fall protection. Violation observed on or about September 19, 2018
