29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.        On the south side of the construction site, an employee was elevated in a Genie lift performing painting activities without fall protection and exposed to fall hazard of approximately 13 feet to the ground below.      RDS Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046544, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2015, with a final abatement date of March 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3611 Fountainhead Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229.    RDS Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958752, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 2, 2014, with a final abatement date of February 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Fremaux Avenue, Slidell, Louisiana 70458.
