29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Caliber Collision, East Side:  On or about September 20, 2018, and at times prior thereto, an employee without fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while climbing the side of the building to reach the working area.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:     Caliber Collision:  On or about September 20, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while installing a metal roof of a commercial building.

29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi):  All industrial trucks in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks.  Caliber Collision, West Side:  On or about September 20, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while being transported in a temporary elevated platform supported by a JLG Shooting Boom Forklift.
