29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. On the west side of the construction site, employees performing metal roof activities on commercial building eyebrow canopy were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet to the ground below. RRS Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1319210, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2018 with the final abatement date of May 30, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1181 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, Ct 06040.
