29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 9/21/2018 at 3225 Ivy Farm Path, Lot 36, Buford, GA workers were observed exposed to falls of up to 24-feet to the lower level from the 10/12 pitch roof where the employer failed to ensure that workers were in connected during roofing operations.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  On or about 9/21/2018 at 3225 Ivy Farm Path, Lot 36, Buford, GA workers were exposed to falls of up to 24-feet to the lower level from the 10/12 pitch roof where the employer failed to ensure that full body harnesses were in use during roofing  operations and allowed the use of rock climbing harnesses.
