29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck:    At a construction site located at 275 NW 7 Hwy, Clinton, MO: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. This was demonstrated when employees were observed working from the bucket of a skid steer (Case 1845C) at an elevated height. Operation of the skid steer was used in a manner that was not intended by the manufacturer and in a manner that was not safe for the riding of employees.
