29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. Kitchen: On or about September 24, 2018 and at other times prior thereto, employees were exposed to trip hazards from two unsecured and oversized drain covers while walking back and forth from the storage area to the grills and fryers.
