29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) Main shop floor, 2 Industrial Way, Amesbury, MA On or about April 5, 2018, the employer did not ensure that affected employees were instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. An employee operating a CNC mill was not trained on the hazards associated with working on a CNC mill that can be locked out under an energy control procedure. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
