Colorado Springs, CO 80919, prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations. Employees of U Call We Haul Scrap Metal Removal were exposed to crush-by hazards while demolishing walls and load-bearing columns on the pavilion structure. The pavilion structure collapsed causing fatal injuries to a worker. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
