29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about September 25, 2018, one employee installing pieces of wood on the rooftop of the commercial property under construction was not protected from a fall over 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about September 25, 2018, employees working on the commercial property under construction had not received training on the use of fall protection prior to being allowed to work in elevated places, exposing the employees to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
