29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: At the location of 14365 135th St. in Olathe KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the concrete below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
