29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At a commercial construction site located at 9590 NW Skyview Dr. Kansas City, MO 64154: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were using pneumatic nail guns when putting down roofing shingles without the use of any form of safety glasses. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard when eye protection was not provided or worn at the time of the inspection.
