29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following: guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection systems, such as a personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning system:  a) 7421 Central Business Park Dr., Ste 107B, Norfolk, VA 23513, outside warehouse/shop: On or about September 26, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure each employee was protected from falls to a lower level during cleaning of 4,000-gallon tanks and confined space hole watch activities, with an approximately 9'1" fall distance to ground, exposing employees to fall hazards.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
