29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a)This violation occurred on or about September 25, 2018, at the job site located at 2511 Cathedral Drive, Richardson, TX; employees framing a new residential house were exposed fall hazards to the lower level of approximately 10-feet. SANTOS LOMELI WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUMPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B) (13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 998241, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 THAT WAS ISSUED ON OCTOBER 24, 2014 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 8833 WANDERING BRANH, KELLER, TX 76244. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS NOVEMBER 21, 2014.
