29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 4164 Creekwater Crossing, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 11.3 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:    a)  At 4164 Creekwater Crossing, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use an eight foot a-frame ladder to gain access to the top of the walls and the employees used the top two steps exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground below.
