29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees engaged in construction activities at the jobsite located at 10951 Lakeview Ave, Lenexa, KS were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the lower level in that fall protection was not provided to protect employees from falling in the following locations: a) NW Storage Room on the 2nd floor, open sides between the floor edge and the wall b) Waiting Room/Lobby on the 2nd floor, open sides between the floor edge and exterior glass walls c) Janitor's Closet on the 2nd floor, unguarded wall opening
