29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At 510 Merimont Blvd., Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 26, 2018 and at time prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a skill saw on site with the guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a)  At 510 Merimont Blvd., Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 26, 2018 and at time prior; the employer allowed his employee to install siding while working from a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 10.4 feet to the ground below.
