29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: c) Site - On or about 09/26/18 and at times prior thereto employees were carrying debris to a dumpster in the second level, walking in proximity of the unprotected balcony borders at an 11 ft. elevation from ground level. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
