29 CFR 1910.38(a): The employer did not have an emergency action plan whenever an OSHA standard in this part requires one: a) Site, 401 Oak Street, East Stroudsburg, PA - As per 29 CFR 1910.157(b)(1), the total evacuation of employees from the workplace in the event of a fire required a written emergency action plan that had not been developed exposing employees to hazards associated with a fire or other emergency event, on or about September 26, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
