On or about 09/26/2018, 16632 Wingspread Loop - employees of Carroll Bradford Incorporated were exposed to a 9 foot 4 inch fall hazard while pumping cement from the top of the block walls, in that, fall protection was not used. b. On or about 09/26/2018, 16682 Rock Coast Dr. - employees of MM Construction Contractors Inc were exposed to about a 9 feet 4 inch, while standing on top of the block walls to conduct carpentry work, in that, fall protection was not used. c. On or about 09/26/2018, 16593 Rock Coast Dr. - employees of MM Construction Contractors Inc were exposed to about a 9 feet 4 inch, while standing on top of the block walls to conduct carpentry work, in that, fall protection was not used.
