On or about September 26, 2018:  At the worksite located at 2900 McEver Rd. in Gainesville, Georgia employees installing siding material on a new commercial project were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet, when the employer ailed to ensure that each employee was properly protected with appropriate fall protection measures.
