29 CFR 1926.1416(e)(5)(i): The operator did not verify that the position of the outriggers or stabilizers was correct (in accordance with manufacturer procedures) before beginning operations requiring outrigger or stabilizer deployment: a) Harbor Watch Condo site - the boom of the Terex truck crane, model BT4792, was moved prior to the outriggers being deployed, exposing employees to a tip-over hazard, on or about September 27, 2018.
