29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 9/27/2018, at building 200 located at 3250 Panthersville Road, Decatur, GA:  Employees walking and working on the second upper levels of the buildings were not protected from fall hazards at about 11 feet from the unprotected ends on the platform/balcony areas.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:Note:  When employees are using stilts, the top edge height of the top rail, or equivalent member, shall be increased an amount equal to the height of the stilts.  On or about 9/27/2018, at building 100 located at 3250 Panthersville Road, Decatur, GA: Employees using the stairs on the second level in building 100 are exposed to a fall hazard at or above 11 feet from the missing top guardrail at the opening at the stairway rails.
