29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface: (a) Post Office Box Rack - Employees were potentially exposed to electrical hazards while conducting mail sorting operations directly under unguarded fluorescent lighting energized at 277 volts and suspended from the ceiling at 89 inches above the floor, on or about September 28, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
