29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  a)    NASA Langley: On or about 09/27/2018, extension cords and GFCI pigtails were not used in accord with labeling in that employees daisy chained 50 feet yellow extension cords and three-way ground fault circuit interrupters pigtails together to supply power to a circular saw and various other pieces of equipment.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
