29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:       East Essex Ave & Woodlawn, Kirkwood: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  The employees are painting traffic lines on roads without using any traffic control signs posted at points of hazards.   On 09/26/2018 three employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from moving vehicles where four points of hazards in a construction area were not posted with required traffic control signs to ensure compliance with the Manual Traffic Code and Devices(MUTCD), 1988 Edition Revision 3, or Part IV of the MUTCD millennium Edition, which were incorporated by reference.
