Employees without fall protection were exposed to an approximate 10ft. fall hazard while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 10/02/2018.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a.) 4 Main St., Ogdensburg, NJ  Employees engaged in construction activities were exposed to an approximate 10ft. fall hazard when utilizing an extension ladder that was only extended approximately half an inch above the landing surface accessed, on or about 10/02/2018.
