29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: JOB SITEL 8645 S. Broadway, Saint Louis, MO 63111, on or about 10/2/2018, workers were observed on top of a flat commercial roof, greater 6 feet eave to ground level, actively installing new roofing material and the workers on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
