29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative.    a) Summit Custom Spray Drying Flemington, NJ  Plant Wide- The employer did not develop and implement an effective program to include conducting periodic audits and providing training on the energy control procedures for employees performing servicing and repair work on equipment such as, but not limited to, the rotary valve. 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report was not recorded within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred.    a. 45 River Road Flemington, NJ    The employer did not record an employee whose finger was sliced on the OSHA 300 log within seven calendar days of the recordable injury.  An employee injury that occurred on 9/17/201 that was severely injured  while cleaning a rotary valve was not logged on the OSHA 300 log within seven calendar days.     Violation occurred on or about October 2, 2018
