29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe ground conditions. At the new Texas Ranger Stadium, Globe Life Field, Lower Concourse between Pour 15 & 16 construction areas, the employer had not assured that the employee operating the forklift recognized and avoided unsafe ground conditions exposing employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards.
