29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in roofing activities without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 26 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926. At the south west side of the building, employees used a fixed stairway landing without handrails installed exposing them to an unprotected fall hazard.
