In addition, the holding tank was not labeled, tagged or marked with the information regarding the hazards of the chemical. b) Back of Mill Area, on or about October 2, 2018 - The employer did not ensure that a tote of Premier Lumber Spray was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier.
