29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) A wall-mounted emergency eyewash station with 2 squeeze bottles was provided next to the forklift battery charging station in the south end of AZ Metro Distribution warehouse at 30 Clearview Road in Edison NJ; however the damaged, near-empty bottles would not provide for a minimum of 15 minutes of continual flushing capacity. Condition(s) were noted on or about 9/27/2018.
