(Note: Training may be supplemented by review of the safety data sheets (SDS) on silica containing products.  Silica presence in cement, according to the SDS, was less than 0.1%.  Although flyash was not used at the time of the inspection, silica content was up to 10%.)  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
