29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: a. On or about October 3, 2018, the employer did not provide training to unqualified appliance installers to make them familiar with electrically related safety practices necessary for their safety while removing or installing appliances. John's Appliance City, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.333 (b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250943, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Cinnamon Way Drive, Suite 831, Palm Coast, FL 32137.
