29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Roof-top - 5267 Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg, PA: At this job site, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 6 feet to the ground, while walking and working from the roof of a commercial building, had not been protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems on or about October 3, 2018 Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
