29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At 3150 Airport Blvd Mobile, Al (Far Northeast Corner: Main Building Back Wall Area): On or about October 04, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee(s) not to wear hard hats to perform construction activities beneath an elevated JLG 450AJ boom aerial lift basket; exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling materials, equipment and tools.
