29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard a) Center of the Mechanical Room: While changing out air filters from a ladder in the room an employee was exposed to physical contact with several sets of unguarded fluorescent light bulbs, which could lead to contact with fragments and light fixture chemicals and gases. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
