29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) At the facility: On or about September 25, 2018, employees were involved in extinguishing a fire that was contained within the Spooner Vicars conveyor oven due to a transfer roller blockage. Some employees suppressing the fire were not adequately trained, exposing them to fire hazards, as observed on or about October 4, 2018. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
