Employees were performing roofing activities with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about 10/04/18.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Millcreek Preserve Subdivision, 2683 Bloom Circle, Lot, #19-A, Dacula, GA (newly residential home) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing roof felt paper and shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection and/or the proper fall protection, on or about 10/04/18.
