29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training has been accomplished and was being kept up to date: (a)Sweetman Construction Company at 25940 482nd Avenue, Corson, SD 57005: On or about and at times prior to October 5, 2018, the employer did not certify that authorized employee training had been accomplished for employees that utilize energy control procedures at the Corson facility. The condition exposed employees to the hazards of unexpected start-up of machinery.
