29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 192 McCleary Road, Excelsior Springs, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift and was not wearing a harness or body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift. The M&I Drywall, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 12111186, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/13/2017 with respect to a workplace located at 2015 S. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri.
