29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about October 9, 2018, at the southeast exterior corner of Gatlin Self Storage located at 2100 SW Gatlin Boulevard in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet - 4 inches when performing paint work from the basket of an aerial lift while not wearing harnesses with lanyards connected to anchor points and/or the d-rings of the harnesses.
