On or about October 9, 2018, establishment, the employer did not have a safety data sheet for Vinaflex, which contained hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Polyvinyl Chloride Resin.  Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals when laser cut the Polyvinyl Chloride containing materials.
